Welcome to Alliston's first Massage Therapy and Wellness Centre! Located at 1 Victoria Street East on the south-east corner of Victoria and Church in beautiful downtown Alliston.

Bodies In Balance is a joint effort that was established in August 2006 in the town of Alliston. Joanne Waylen, RMT and Jackie Jamieson, RMT recognized the need for a massage therapy centre and decided to build their "field of dreams".  Since opening, these young enterpreneurs have encouraged other therapists to join them. There are currently 4 therapists that work on a regular basis at the centre to meet client demands. 

You do not need a referral for massage therapy (although your insurance may require one for their records, please check with them).

 All massage therapists working from Bodies In Balance are Registered Massage Therapists with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Friday: 9:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
